Financial and strategic audit of a public-private partnership contract, aimed at verifying compliance with contractual commitments and assessing the return on invested capital.

Our actions:

Following our response to a call for tenders, we conducted, in Q1 2025, a strategic financial audit and certification of compliance with contractual commitments of two multinational operators for the Ministry of Transport, in the monitoring of a PPP related to the operation of airport security services at Félix Houphouët-Boigny Airport in Abidjan.

Result:

Outmatch’s intervention covered a complete review of the operators’ financial statements, verification of the financial and operational terms of the contract, and assessment of the return on invested capital relative to the initial commitments, in a context promoting airport security.
