  • We advised Smartfooding in the sale of its operations (including the brand Graine de Bonne Santé) to Kazidomi, an established player in the online organic market.

  • Leading a bio e-commerce acquisition: LTV/CAC audit, due diligence on the catalog and claims, SEO/IT security, and member migration.
