Equity fundraising with Nutrisens and Business Angels

Stakeholders:

  • Matatie is a French company founded in 2016 that manufactures snacks and chocolates free from the 14 major allergens, available in over 400 stores across France.
  • Nutrisens is a French group specializing in health nutrition, based in Lyon. It develops and distributes nutritional solutions for patients in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, pharmacies, and for home care. Its product ranges cover clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, and wellness nutrition.
  • Business Angels.

Our actions:

  • After advising Matatie during its seed funding round, we supported them again for the entry of Nutrisens, a key player in nutrition, to activate distribution synergies and continue accelerating their development. As part of this round, we also welcomed new private investors.

Our expertise:

  • Our approach is centered on long-term client support, particularly in this mission through the organization of a competitive bidding process to attract the most relevant strategic players into their capital and optimize their development.
