Pierre holds a Master’s degree in Finance from NEOMA Business School, where he developed solid expertise in financial analysis and business development within the M&A ecosystem. His academic background equips him to approach strategic and financial matters with rigor, perspective and sound judgment.
He has worked in private equity, investment banking and M&A advisory at Calao Finance, Eurallia Finance, Clairfield International and Capitalis Intelligence. Over time, he has built strong expertise in deal origination, pipeline development and relationship building with company executives. Pierre joined OutMatch in 2026 to support the growth of the firm’s M&A origination activities.
He is valued for his strong interpersonal skills, discipline and ability to build and manage a high-quality deal pipeline. Combining analytical thinking with a relationship-driven approach, he identifies relevant opportunities, leads initial discussions effectively and contributes actively to the firm’s M&A engagements.
