Bio:
Margaux holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Paris Dauphine University – PSL and has developed a dual expertise in both debt and equity financing, gained from working on both sides of the investment table. This balanced perspective enables her to understand financial structuring and the key drivers that shape a company’s value.
After gaining experience in private debt at CIC Private Debt and in private equity at Momentum Invest, where she monitored five portfolio companies and led an investment transaction through to closing, Margaux joined OutMatch in June 2026 to leverage this expertise in valuation and M&A advisory.
She is recognized for her rigor and her ability to understand the specific challenges faced by each stakeholder, driven by the conviction that value is never asserted—it must be demonstrated.
