Laetitia holds a Master in Management (Programme Grande École) from EM Normandie Business School, where she built a strong foundation in financial analysis, management and performance steering. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Operational Management of Organizations from Université Gustave Eiffel (CFA Descartes SUP), giving her a well-rounded understanding of the financial, operational and organizational challenges companies face.
She has gained experience in financial analysis, accounting and performance management at Meralli Ballou Moise, Enedis and Nissen Lavage Assistance. Through these roles, she developed a rigorous, adaptable and highly organized approach. Laetitia joined OutMatch in 2026 as a Financial Analyst, working on engagements involving economic loss quantification, special situations and asset valuation.
She is known for her analytical mindset, structured thinking and attention to detail. Her ability to navigate complex issues with clarity allows her to deliver reliable, practical insights on high-stakes assignments, particularly in litigation, valuation and investigative contexts.
